Key West artist Vera Vasek writes, “Utilizing a process that captures transitory images, I create permanent visual records of my experience in the vast back country of the Florida Keys. These records provide a source of tidal imagery that I synthesize into works embodying themes of influence, meaning and perception.” The Custom House Museum presented her one person show in 2005.
