Argentinean-born sculptor Cecilia Lueza received her MFA
from the renowned La Plata University in Buenos Aires. Her
work is influenced by the writings of Jorge Luis Borges (1899-1986)
and Milan Kundera (1929- ) as well as by the graceful movements
of dancers, acrobats and Native American ceremonies. She strives
to create work that evokes a sense of mystery, energy and
surreal beauty. Lueza lives in Miami, Florida.
